Restored Shrine Image ofOur Lady of GuadalupeThank you to Roger and Ash of A.Mano Art and Design for beautifying our beloved image of Our Lady of Guadalupe at the Shrine.Roger and Ash have dedicated their lives
to restoring statues and paintings at churches
all over Los Angeles and Orange counties.They first came to our parish in 2023
to help touch up the Padre Pio statue,
at which point Deacon Raul suggested the idea
of restoring the Our Lady of Guadalupe image.The beautiful image was showing signs of aging,
with cracks and tiles falling off.
In just a couple of days, Roger and Ash brightened our image
and made it look like new!

Imagen restaurada del Santuario de Nuestra Señora de GuadalupeGracias a Roger y Ash de A.Mano Art and Design por embellecernuestra querida imagende Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe en el Santuario.Roger y Ash han dedicado sus vidas a restaurar estatuas y pinturasen iglesias de los condados de Los Ángeles y de Orange.Vinieron por primera vez a nuestra parroquia en 2023 para ayudara retocar la estatua del Padre Pío,momento en el que el diácono Raúl sugirió la ideade restaurar la imagen de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe.La hermosa imagen mostraba signos de envejecimiento,con grietas y azulejos desprendidos.En tan solo un par de días, Roger y Ash restauraron nuestra imageny la dejaron como nueva!

Meet our Priest Minister,Father Joseph A. Dadiri, SMA.
Father Joseph comes to us from the Democratic Republic of the Congo where he learned French and English as well as several dialects. He studied philosophy in D.R. Congo and from there began his novitiate in the country of Benin. He next became an intern in Pastoral Experience in Zambia. Afterwards, Father Joseph moved to Kenya where he studied theology; and while in Kenya, was ordained Deacon in 2006. The following year, back in the Congo, he was ordained priest on June 15, 2007. He continued his travels as a missionary (and then a pastor) in South Africa for five years and returned to Kenya as a pastor for another two years.
In 2014, Father Joseph moved to the United States (where he started learning Spanish, which he very much enjoys) and since 2016 has been serving in Southern California. To date, he has been ministering in nine different parishes ranging from Santa Maria and Guadalupe, to Thousand Oaks, Woodland Hills, Van Nuys, Long Beach, Chinatown, and most recently West Covina and Downey. It is our pleasure at St Anne to welcome him and make him feel comfortable in Santa Monica, his new home. Welcome, Father Joseph!

Conozca a nuestro Sacerdote Ministro,el Padre Joseph A. Dadiri, SMA.
El Padre Joseph viene de la República Democrática del Congo, donde aprendió francés e inglés, así como varios dialectos. Estudió filosofía en R.D. Congo y desde allí comenzó su noviciado en el país de Benín. Luego hizo su Año de Pastoral en Zambia. Posteriormente, el Padre Joseph se mudó a Kenia donde estudió teología; y mientras estuvo en Kenia. fue ordenado diácono en 2006. Al año siguiente, de regreso en el Congo, fue ordenado sacerdote el 15 de julio de 2007. Continuó sus viajes como misionero (y luego pastor) en Sudáfrica durante cinco años y regresó a Kenia como pastor por otros dos años.
En 2014, Padre Joseph se mudó a los Estados Unidos (donde comenzó a aprender español, algo que disfruta mucho) y desde 2016 ha estado sirviendo en el área del sur de Californnia. Hasta la fecha, ha estado ministrando en nueve parroquias diferentes, desde Santa María y Guadalupe, hasta Thousand Oaks, Woodland Hills, Van Nuys, Long Beach, Chinatown y, más recientemente, West Covina y Downey. Es nuestro placer en Sta. Ana darle la bienvenida y hacerlo sentir cómodo en Santa Mónica, su nuevo hogar. ¡Bienvenido, Padre Joseph!

(such as flowers, choir, organist, ushers, livestreaming, photos, etc)
this must be arranged separately.
Our office will be happy to help you arrange these services, but please do not assume that they are automatically included.
